Our Process

More than a price and a start date.

Strong installations begin with useful information, clear scope, and decisions made in the right order. Our process creates that structure.

01

Initial project information

Share the location, photographs, plans, inspiration, timeline, and the practical details you already know.

02

Consultation and scope review

We review your goals, identify missing information, and decide whether an onsite consultation is the appropriate next step.

03

Planning and material review

Tile, pattern, dimensions, trim, waterproofing, substrate needs, specialty features, and project coordination are considered together.

04

Proposal and scheduling

A defined scope and pricing structure are prepared from the information available, followed by scheduling when the project is ready.

05

Preparation and installation

We protect the home, prepare the substrate, complete waterproofing where required, confirm layouts, and install with focus.

06

Details and completion

Grout, sealants, trim, transitions, cleanup, and final review are completed with the same care as the primary installation.

07

Long-term confidence

The goal is an installation that continues performing long after the project photographs are taken.

The principle

Good planning protects the design, the schedule, and the home.

Every project has its own conditions. Our process surfaces those conditions early without making promises beyond the defined scope or available information.
