When you submit a project inquiry, we collect the contact details, project information, timing, preferences, and files you choose to provide. Please do not submit payment-card details, financial account information, government identification, or other highly sensitive information.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to review your project, determine the appropriate next step, communicate with you, and improve the clarity of our intake process. Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract, guarantee availability, or reserve a project date.
Storage and access
Inquiry records are stored in the site’s private database. Uploaded files are stored in private object storage. Administrative review requires an authenticated and authorized owner account. Submissions are not displayed publicly.
Website analytics
The site records basic page views and interactions such as project-intake starts and portfolio engagement. This first-party information is used to understand site performance. The site does not add advertising cookies or sell visitor data.
Retention and requests
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for project review, business records, security, and legal obligations. Contact Healey Stone & Tile through the site to request a review or deletion of information you submitted.
Security and limits
Reasonable technical safeguards are used, including server-side validation, private storage, and access checks. No internet system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
